Why HLA by High Resolution Technique at Ansary Labs
Because we use Third Generation Sequencing Technique (Nanopore Technology) that different with old methods in :
- Current methods using qPCR or SSO/SSP that is low to intermediate typing resolution.
- Even using NGS sequencing has also some disadvantages like need to cut DNA to short fragments and this can cause loss of important fragment and also has long TAT.
So Nanopore Technology is preferred because:
